RESTORATION INDUSTRY
GREATER FORT LAUDERDALE FLORIDA AREA
We represent a national leader in the restoration industry seeking a Business Development Sales Executive to add to their nationally growing team.
This role calls on Property Managers, and other entities, to be the go to company when restoration is needed for damage done to a property as a result of natural disasters and catastrophes (fire, water, wind, mold, and related storm damage).
This role builds relationships exclusively with commercial accounts, including but not limited to:
-Retail (shopping malls, big box stores, supermarkets
-Hospitality (hotels, restaurants, night clubs, casinos, spas, movie theaters, amusement parks
-Healthcare (hospitals, clinics, senior living),
-Education (K through 12, universities)
-Multi Family (condominium and apartments associations)
-Industrial (factories and warehousing)
-Government Buildings
This new addition to the sales team will be covering the geography of the Greater Tampa area (Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Clearwater, Lakeland, Orlando).
The territory is brand new, not geographically set in stone, and not covered by another salesperson. Said differently, this territory is ripe for scooping up all of the business.
In the Florida restoration market, this position will do extremely well.
In addition to base salary, additional compensation of 3% of revenue collected is earned for
each project.
Total first year compensation is expected to be $350k.
Commissions are uncapped and paid every other month.
Company vehicle and vehicle insurance are provided.
Company credit card is provided for vehicle maintenance, gas, and all T&E.
Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), and $25,000 of life insurance are 100% covered by employer.
Medical, dental, and vision benefits are excellent, as well as an up to 4% match to your 401k.
