CONTENTS PROJECT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY

• Managing every aspect of the job from scoping to packing back.
• Overseeing residential, commercial, and industrial losses.
• Keeping lines of communication open with: Customer, Insurance Adjuster, Contractor, Field Technician, and C3.

• Participation in an On-Call schedule, which runs for 1 week at a time, on a rotating basis.
• The On-Call schedule begins on Thursday at 5:00 PM and runs until the following Thursday at 8:00 AM.
• When on-call, the Project Manager must be able to work at any time throughout the On-Call schedule.
• Project Manager must always have their work phones with them, charged, and turned on.

• Scope and get ATP & Important Reminders Signed upload to Dash.
• Have homeowner identify sentimental items and any rush items.
• Schedule Matterport Scope with homeowner
• Obtain customer’s insurance information
• Introduce C3 via email to homeowner
• Educate the homeowner as to how the C3 will help them.
• Get approval from adjuster for scope of work
• Add detailed scope notes to Dash (Dash note should mirror what is in I-Cat)
• Add detailed scope notes in I Cat
• Schedule job with Contents Manager
• Put “rough” estimate for the loss in the “Estimate” field in Dash
• Follow-up on all conversations in regard to scope of work, via email, to:
  • Customer
  • Adjuster
  • Contractor
  • Salesperson
