VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES - RESTORATION
GREATER LOS ANGELES METROPOLITAN AREA

We are a full-service property restoration company specializing in emergency services, water mitigation, asbestos and mold remediation, contents and reconstruction services. We serve both commercial and residential clients throughout the entire state of California who have experienced property damage resulting from water, fire, mold, or storms. 

We are an emergency-response, customer service company. We connect with our clients at crucial times and take pride in a job well done. 

JOB SUMMARY 
The Vice President of Sales will reports to the CEO. This person is responsible for driving new the business development and the account management functions across the Company. This is a key leadership role that must collaborate with operations in order to seamlessly drive growth by effectively engaging with new and existing clients. 

The VP of Sales must have a proven track record of leading and managing all aspects of business development by implementing processes, analyzing data trends, promoting strong communication protocols and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This person must be passionate and effective in building relationships both inside and outside the company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Strategic Planning and Sales Operations
•    Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy in order to drive lead generation, revenue growth and market share.
•    Set sales targets, budgets, and performance objectives aligned with the Company’s goals.
•    Manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient return on investment (ROI).
•    Evaluate the ROI of sales initiatives and adjust strategies as needed in order to meet or exceed expected GP targets.
•    Oversee daily sales operations and ensure efficient and effective execution of sales processes.
•    Implement and optimize sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and branding.

Customer Relationship Management
•    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
•    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and where appropriate, act as lead in the resolution of service issues promptly and professionally
•    Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration in order for us to best serve our clients.

 Market Analysis, Business Development & Metrics
•    Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
•    Develop and roll out strategies that expand our client base and has us enter new markets.
•    Lead marketing efforts to develop and execute lead generation and promotional campaigns.
•    Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•    Prepare regular reports for the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Team Leadership
•    Lead, mentor, support and develop a high-performing sales and account management team.
•    Provide feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and collaboration.
•    Serve as a leader in personal integrity, excellent customer service, and teamwork.
•    Positively influence and work closely with other departments (e.g., Operations, Accounting, Project Administration, etc.) to align sales efforts with business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
•    Proven experience as a VP of Sales, Director of Sales, or a similar senior sales leadership role.
•    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
•    Strong leadership and team management skills.
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
•    Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools with the ability to assess and select tools for the Company.
•    Ability to analyze market trends and client needs in order to inform business strategy.
•    Strategic thinking, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•    Be attuned and engaged with all internal departments in order to facilitate collaboration and cross-functionality.
•    Experience in RFI and RFP production and contract negotiations.
•    Expert-level project contracting experience.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•    Analytical mindset, strongly capable of making data-driven decisions to support new client accounts and existing account expansion.
•    Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, employees, vendors, and internal department leads such as Finance, HR, Project Administration.
•    Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute plans for sales and customer service excellence and expansion.
•    Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to respond quickly to internal and external stakeholders.
•    Solid mathematical skills.
•    Negotiation skills.
•    Management experience with multiple projects and direct reports.
•    High respect for diversity and inclusion. 
•    Strong technical knowledge and computer literacy. 
•    Expert in standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the restoration and reconstruction field.   
•    Exceptional customer service skills. 

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
