We are a full-service property restoration company specializing in emergency services, water mitigation, asbestos and mold remediation, contents and reconstruction services. We serve both commercial and residential clients throughout the entire state of California who have experienced property damage resulting from water, fire, mold, or storms. 

We are an emergency response, customer service company. 

JOB SUMMARY 
The Regional Account Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Operations. The Regional Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with key clients within a designated geographic territory. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers, achieving sales quotas, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized account management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Account Management
•    Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients in the region.
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
•    Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to recommend appropriate solutions.

Sales and Business Development
•    Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs within the assigned region.
•    Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
•    Create and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts and develop new business.

Client Support and Retention
•    Ensure clients receive high-quality service and support.
•    Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
•    Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations with clients.

Reporting and Forecasting
•    Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
•    Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date client information and sales activity.
•    Analyze regional trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Collaboration
•    Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure client needs are met.
•    Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
•    3 + years proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar Regional Sales and customer service roles.
•    Demonstrated ability to develop successful client relationships.
•    Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools with the ability to assess and select tools for the Company.
•    Experience in RFI and RFP production.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•    Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
•    Analytical mindset, capable of account expansion.
•    Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, employees, vendors, and internal department leads such as Finance, HR, Project Administration.
•    Ability to analyze client needs in order to inform business strategy.
•    Strategic thinking, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•    Be attuned and engaged with all internal departments in order to facilitate collaboration and cross-functionality.
•    Solid mathematical skills.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
•    Strong technical knowledge and computer literacy. 
•    Expert in standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the restoration and reconstruction field.  
•    Exceptional customer service skills. 
•    Ability to travel within the region as required.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
